The DS-157 Supplemental Non-Immigrant Visa Application is part of the
Consular Processing package, and should accompany the DS-156. The DS-
157 requests simple biographic data and is easy to complete.
The DS-157 Supplemental Nonimmigrant Visa Application is completed and
submitted to the National Visa Center as part of your consular package. The
National Visa Center then forwards the document to the appropriate U.S.
Consulate. Once it arrives at the U.S. Consulate, they will inform you of your
interview date and time.
